Chief Group Investment Manager

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Chief Group Investment Manager to lead its investment strategy, treasury operations, portfolio management, and capital allocation activities.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Investment Management and Treasury, with proven experience managing significant portfolios, evaluating investment opportunities, and driving strategic capital deployment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Group’s investment and treasury strategy.
- Manage and optimize investment portfolios and capital allocation.
- Identify and evaluate investment opportunities across various asset classes and sectors.
- Conduct investment research, financial modelling, valuation, and due diligence.
- Oversee liquidity and cash management.
- Monitor portfolio performance, market trends, and investment risks.
- Provide strategic investment recommendations to executive management.
- Manage relationships with banks, fund managers, financial institutions, and investment partners.
- Support strategic transactions including acquisitions, investments, and other capital deployment initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- 15+ years of relevant experience in investment management, treasury, portfolio management, asset management, private equity, or corporate finance.
- Strong experience managing investment portfolios and treasury functions.
- Excellent knowledge of financial markets, investment instruments, valuation, and risk management.
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
- Professional qualification such as CFA, ACA, ACCA, or MBA is an advantage.
- Proven leadership and executive-level decision-making ability.
- Strong commercial judgment, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills.
