Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly experienced Plumbing Sales Manager to manage and coordinate distributors nationwide, drive sales performance, develop new business opportunities, and expand the company’s plumbing products market.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate distributors nationwide.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for plumbing products.
- Identify and develop new distributors, dealers, and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, contractors, dealers, and key customers.
- Drive sales growth and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Monitor distributor performance and develop strategies for improvement.
- Conduct market research and monitor industry and competitor trends.
- Expand product distribution and increase market penetration.
- Negotiate commercial terms with distributors and major clients.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide business performance updates.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in plumbing sales or related building materials sales.
- In-depth knowledge of the plumbing products market and distribution channels.
- Proven experience managing distributors and developing business.
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Strong business development and networking abilities.
- Previous experience in a sales management position is highly preferred.
Compensation
- N300,000 monthly salary
- Performance-based sales commission
