- Support end-to-end property management activities, including tenant relations, maintenance coordination, and documentation
- Monitor Lekki, Lagos Island, and broader Nigerian real estate trends, regulatory updates, and emerging market dynamics
- Collaborate effectively with clients, developers, real estate agents, legal teams, and government agencies
- Ensure all activities comply with Nigerian property laws, professional ethics, and industry best practices
Scope of Work
- Valuation Services: Deliver accurate and defensible valuations for mortgage purposes, acquisition and disposal, insurance, litigation, compulsory acquisition, and investment analysis across residential, commercial, and industrial property classes
- Advisory & Consultancy: Provide strategic real estate advisory services to individual, corporate, and institutional clients on property acquisition, divestment, leasing, and portfolio management
- Property Management Support: Assist in the day-to-day management of assigned property portfolios, including rent reviews, service charge administration, lease renewals, and tenant liaison
- Market Intelligence: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property values, rental trends, and transactional activity across the Lekki corridor and Greater Lagos market
- Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all valuation reports, agency agreements, and management documents are prepared in compliance with ESVARBON, NIESV, and applicable Nigerian property laws
- Client Relationship Management: Build and sustain professional relationships with clients, financial institutions, legal practitioners, government agencies, and other relevant stakeholders

- RICS accreditation or knowledge of International Valuation Standards (IVS) is a strong advantage
- Experience working with institutional clients, REITs, or property development firms
