Field Sales / Van Sales Representatives at Saint Tees Empire (17 Openings)
Job Summary
- The successful candidates will be responsible for developing new customers, managing existing accounts, promoting the company's products, and achieving assigned sales targets across their designated locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities within assigned territories.
- Visit existing and prospective customers regularly to promote company products.
- Generate sales and consistently achieve assigned sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and other customers.
- Take and follow up on customer orders, including van sales deliveries where applicable.
- Load, distribute, and sell products directly from the sales van when assigned.
- Monitor market activities, competitor products, pricing, and customer preferences.
- Ensure proper product visibility and availability within assigned locations.
- Provide regular sales and market reports to management.
- Follow up on outstanding customer payments where required.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits, orders, and sales activities.
Requirements
- OND / HND / Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in field sales, van sales, FMCG, distribution, or a related industry is an advantage.
- Must be able to drive and have a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Must be target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Must be able to drive manual vehicle and familiar with assigned Lagos areas.
