ROLE SUMMARY

The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for driving B2B sales and expanding Friska Farms’ presence across stores, pharmacies, supermarkets, and other retail outlets on Lagos Island. The role involves prospecting for new business accounts, securing purchase orders, managing existing accounts, and building strong relationships with trade partners to drive consistent sales and product availability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and onboard new B2B customers, including stores, pharmacies, supermarkets, and retail outlets.
• Visit assigned outlets regularly to generate orders and maintain business relationships.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
• Follow up on purchase orders, deliveries, and outstanding payments.
• Ensure Friska products are available and properly represented across assigned outlets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers, buyers, and purchasing officers.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, product visibility, and market opportunities.
• Provide regular updates on sales activities, customer accounts, and market feedback.
• Prepare and submit daily and weekly sales reports.

REQUIREMENTS

• HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• ⁠ MUST RESIDE AROUND AJAH, SANGOTEDO, OLOGOLO, AWOYAYA & environs.
• 1–3 years’ experience in B2B sales, FMCG, retail, or a related field.
• Experience selling to supermarkets, pharmacies, stores, or other trade outlets is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Target-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in the field.
• Good knowledge of Lagos Island and surrounding areas.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
