Client Service Officer

Responsibilities
- Treat all emails that are received in the group email address and ensure the emails are directed to the appropriate teams.
- Call over for pending emails & follow up with relevant units on pending mails
- Deal work request such as Account statements, holdings statements requests
- Deal account opening, account closure and name change requests as received
- Send cash account opening, requests to CCC via email as received
- Updating Account Services daily statistic schedule with newly received client's swift instruction
- Updating the Security register with account opening,closure and amendments
- Sending return swift confirmations to clients for processed swifts
- Filing of treated client's swift instructions and letters into their respective files.
- Detach shares to broker via the detachment portal
- Meet agreed SLA on detachment of shares
- Ensure daily reconciliation on detachment
- Process broker access
- Process transfers of shares from custody to trading account
- Update detachment schedule as appropriate
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a BSc degree(Without Third Class or Pass) in any related discipline with 1-3 years experience.
- Maximum age: 27 years.
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience in banking and customer experience is an advantage
- Ability to resolve customer complaints efficiently
- Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Must be staying close to Victoria Island.
Remuneration
- N180,000 monthly
- 13th-month salary
