Order Fulfillment Officer

Job Summary
- The Order Fulfillment Officer is responsible for picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders accurately while ensuring timely delivery and excellent order management.
- This role is essential to ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Picking and Packing Orders: Accurately pick and pack customer orders to ensure they are ready for dispatch.
- Shipping Coordination: Collaborate with carriers to schedule timely pickups and track shipment status.
- Order Management: Maintain accurate records of all transactions and manage returns and exchanges.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages and coordinate replenishment activities.
- Communication: Liaisewith suppliers, logistics partners, and internal departments to resolve any issues that may arise during the fulfillment process.
Requirements
- Qualification: Minimum of OND qualification.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in logistics, fulfillment, or retail stock handling.
Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 / month.
