Senior Sales Executive- Endoscopy

Purpose of the Role: As Senior Sales Executive- Endoscopy, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building relationships with healthcare professionals, and providing solutions tailored to the needs of hospitals, clinics, and medical facilities. This role requires an in-depth understanding of endoscopy products and technologies, alongside a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive market. Key Responsibilities: Sales and Business Development: Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets for endoscopy products. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within assigned territory. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to healthcare professionals. 2. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, physicians, and procurement teams. Provide excellent customer service and post-sale support, ensuring customer satisfaction. 3. Market Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies in endoscopy. Provide feedback from the market to inform product development and marketing strategies. 4. Technical Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of the company’s endoscopy portfolio and clinical applications. Support customers with product-related technical queries and usage guidance. 5. Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and forecasts using CRM tools. Prepare and submit timely sales reports and territory plans.
