Real Estate Sales Executive

Work Schedule: 3 times a week
Cynosure Realty Limited is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Experienced real estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with a proven ability to close deals and drive revenue growth, preferably within the real estate sector.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2–4 years proven experience in sales (real estate experience is an added advantage).
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and proactive.
- Good understanding of client relationship management.
- Must reside in Abuja (preferably around Wuye or nearby areas).
Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell company properties to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Conduct property inspections and presentations.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
- Achieve set sales targets and contribute to company growth.
- Prepare and present sales reports as required.
