Urgent Recruitment – Bancassurance Executive (Insurance Sales)- Fresh NYSC graduates.

Location: Abuja, Nigeria

Our client is an Insurance arm of a leading financial service group that has

over 50 years’ experience operating in Asset Management, Health Maintenance and Insurance

Segments in the Nigerian financial Markets.

Due to its increasing partnerships and market expansion, the company is seeking to hire ambitious and self-driven graduates who recently completed the mandatory NYSC program as Bancassurance Executives to facilitate and promote its business and product offerings to customers of partners’ bank branches across the location stated above.

The Bancassurance Executive acts as the Company’s representative in identifying business opportunities (Sales of Life and General Insurance Products) within designated partner bank branches closest to their homes. The ideal candidate should be sales

driven. Experienced in the Insurance or Banking sector would be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish, maintain and grow relationships with Branch employees and customers
  
• Solicit new clients, and grow prospective/existing clientele
  
• Handle activities that involve reporting, planning and administration.
  
• Conduct market analysis activities, which include activities such as branch / client profiling and survey on competitor products.
  
• Attend the District/Region’s monthly/quarterly meetings

Requirements

Key Requirements:

• First degree or equivalent education in insurance, marketing or any related field.
  
• Candidate must have recently completed their National Youth Service Corps (NYSC)
  
• Ideal candidate must be confident, persuasive and result driven
  
• The ideal candidate must be open to target-driven environment
  
• Willingness to sell insurance and open to learning
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Must have a strong flair for building trusted and lasting relationships

Compensation:

• Guaranteed Base pay between N140,000 Monthly
  
• Highly competitive Commission (tied to the monthly target)
