Sales Manager - Spare Parts

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the companis spare parts sales and market share.
- Set annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets in line with business objectives.
- Identify new markets, customer segments, products, and revenue opportunities.
- Develop strategies for both retail and corporate/fleet spare parts sales.
- Identify opportunities to supply spare parts to transport companies, fleet operators, workshops, dealerships, and Other
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Professional certification in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field is an advantage
- 5-7 years' relevant experience least 2-3 years in a supervisory or mana
- Experience in automotive, truck, heavy-logistics, or spare parts sales is strongly
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of truck and heavy—duty parts and their applications.
- Experience managing B2B/corporate a is an advantage.
