Role Marketing Manager Location: Apapa, Lagos Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies that strengthen brand visibility, drive customer acquisition, increase revenue, and support the company's overall business objectives. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in developing marketing campaigns, managing digital platforms, analyzing market trends, and leading marketing initiatives from strategy through execution. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Lead digital marketing activities across social media, email, websites, and other relevant platforms.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and growth opportunities.
• Develop strategies for customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Manage the company's brand positioning and ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
• Plan and oversee promotional campaigns, events, partnerships, and other marketing activities.
• Monitor marketing performance and prepare regular reports using relevant KPIs.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources.
• Work closely with the sales and business development teams to generate leads and support revenue growth.
• Manage external vendors, agencies, influencers, and other marketing partners where necessary.
• Identify new marketing channels and opportunities for business growth.
• Lead and mentor members of the marketing team.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in marketing, preferably in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, and brand management.
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to interpret marketing data and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
• Proficiency in marketing and analytics tools.
• Creative, innovative, commercially aware, and results-oriented.
