Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Civil / Structural Engineer to provide technical leadership and oversee civil and structural engineering projects, construction activities, project teams, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise civil and structural engineering projects from planning to completion.
- Review structural designs, drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical documents.
- Supervise construction works and ensure compliance with approved designs and standards.
- Manage engineers, site personnel, contractors, and consultants.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, quality, and safety requirements.
- Identify and resolve technical and structural issues during project execution.
- Prepare project reports and provide technical guidance to management.
Requirements
- B.Eng./B.Sc. in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, with proven managerial/supervisory experience.
- Must be COREN registered.
- Strong experience in civil/structural design, construction, and project management.
- Proficiency in relevant engineering/design software is an advantage.
- Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Must currently reside within Lekki, Ajah, or nearby areas.
