Job Summary
- Pioneer Foodzone Co. Limited, an FMCG company in the food manufacturing and distribution sector, is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead sales operations, expand distribution networks, acquire new customers, and drive revenue growth.
- The ideal candidate must have strong FMCG sales experience, an excellent understanding of Lagos markets, and a proven ability to build distributor networks, manage sales teams, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and sales volume targets.
- Identify, acquire, and manage distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and B2B customers.
- Expand market coverage and establish a strong customer and distribution network across Lagos.
- Lead, supervise, and monitor sales representatives and field sales activities.
- Set sales targets, track performance, and implement strategies to improve results.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases.
- Conduct market visits, competitor analysis, and identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.
- Monitor product distribution, customer orders, and market penetration.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in FMCG, food manufacturing, or distribution.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong knowledge of Lagos markets, distribution channels, and trade networks.
- Experience in distributor acquisition, customer relationship management, and sales team supervision.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, leadership, and reporting skills.
- Target-driven, proactive, and willing to conduct regular field visits.
