After Sales Engineer

Responsibilities
- Responsible for product repair, testing, and maintenance to ensure functionality.
- Able to read and interpret electronic circuit diagrams and analyze faults based on these diagrams.
- Proficient in using a soldering iron and other repair tools to solder and replace motherboard hardware.
- Communicate with customers and the technical team to address after-sales technical issues.
- Maintain detailed service logs and reports.
- Coordinate with the engineering team for system checks and upgrades.
- Familiar with the Installation of both on-grid and off-grid solar installation
Requirements / Qualifications
- Graduate of Electrical/Electronics Engineering or any course in a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of practical experience as an after-sales engineer in a solar company.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to do on-site/field work.
- Excellent time management, communication, and customer relationship management skills.
- Familiar with electrical circuit faults.
Salary
N120,000 - N250,000 monthly.
