Digital Marketing Manager

Job Summary

• We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager in the e-commerce industry to lead marketing activities primarily for Hlyl Group, while supporting Kaiglo when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies focused on sales and revenue growth.
• Manage social media, content, SEO, email marketing, and paid campaigns.
• Generate leads, drive customer acquisition, and improve conversions.
• Conduct market and competitor research.
• Collaborate with sales and internal teams to achieve business targets.
• Monitor marketing KPIs, campaign performance, and ROI.
• Manage marketing calendars, budgets, and external partners.
• Identify new growth opportunities and customer acquisition channels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing or digital marketing, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or technology.
• Strong knowledge of social media, content marketing, SEO, paid advertising and lead generation.
• Commercial mindset with proven ability to connect marketing activities to sales.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.

Salary
N300,000 / month.
