Job Summary

• We are seeking a results-driven and analytical Marketing Executive to join our team.
• We are looking for a professional who has Digital marketing experience, Search Engine Marketing experience, SEO knowledge, data analysis and data reporting, good knowledge and experience in advanced Excel, sales analysis, content writing etc.

Key Responsibilities
Paid Campaigns, Media Planning & Agency Collaboration:

• Develop and organize data-driven media plans for paid marketing campaigns.
• Create campaign schedules and coordinate channel distribution as directed by Management.
• Monitor paid campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Work closely with external marketing agencies, vendors, and internal teams to ensure effective campaign execution.
• Track campaign budgets, performance, leads, conversions, and ROI.

Cross-Functional Operations, Sales Feedback & Reporting:

• Gather, analyze, and synthesize marketing and sales performance data.
• Prepare daily lead reports and provide insights on lead quality and campaign performance.
• Prepare relevant marketing data and insights for weekly strategic meetings.
• Compile monthly comprehensive campaign performance reports, highlighting ROI, conversion performance, trends, challenges, and recommendations.
• Work closely with the Admissions & Sales team to gather feedback and improve lead conversion.
• Conduct sales and campaign analysis to identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare other marketing and performance reports as directed by Management.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in Digital Marketing.
• Practical experience with Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and paid advertising.
• Good knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Advanced knowledge and practical experience using Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to conduct sales and marketing performance analysis.
• Strong content writing and marketing communication skills.
• Ability to interpret marketing data and convert insights into actionable strategies.
• Strong understanding of lead generation, conversion funnels, campaign performance, and ROI.
• Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and deliver measurable results.
