Head of Operations- Logistics Industry.

Its flexible tech-enabled solutions empower brands of all sizes to scale seamlessly across Nigeria and beyond Location: Lagos Job Objective: seeking Head of Operations to support the continued strengthening of our warehouse and fulfilment operations. This role will focus on operational coordination, process improvement, inventory control oversight, and working with warehouse teams to improve efficiency, discipline, and service delivery. We are looking for someone who is process-oriented, analytical, and capable of working closely with operational teams to drive continuous improvement within a structured environment. Key Responsibility

• Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, picking, packing, put away, inventory control, and dispatch.
• Optimize warehouse layout, space utilization, and overall facility infrastructure for efficiency and safety.
• Implement and maintain Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory control tools.
• Monitor and report on operational KPIs including productivity, accuracy, and turnaround time.
• Enforce HSE protocols and ensure compliance with facility safety standards.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with the fleet, client service, operations, and tech teams for smooth execution.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and provide timely resolutions under pressure.
• Prepare and maintain accurate reports using WMS.
• Proven team leadership skills with the ability to manage teams.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities, especially under tight timelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across departments.
• High level of accountability, attention to detail, and process orientation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5 - 8 years’ experience in warehouse operations, facility management, or logistics leadership.
• Prior experience managing multi-client or high-volume warehouse environments is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in data analysis.
• Must be able to work on-site and respond to facility issues in real-time.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, based on operational demands.
