Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Develop brand and growth strategies from client briefs.
• Build and present strategic proposals.
• Guide execution teams to ensure alignment with strategy.
• Monitor performance and refine strategies based on results.
• Support the continuous development of the agency's service offerings.

Requirements

• 3 – 5 years' experience in brand, marketing, or growth strategy.
• Strong understanding of brand positioning and commercial growth.
• Ability to solve business problems strategically with minimal supervision.
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional creative teams.

Salary
N250,000 – N350,000 / month + benefits
