Role Summary

Our client is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Life Manager to lead and grow its agency sales force. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting, developing, and managing Financial Advisors while driving new business acquisition, customer retention, and overall sales performance within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

Agency Development

• Recruit, onboard, and develop Financial Advisors to build a high-performing sales team.
• Coach and mentor advisors to improve productivity, sales performance, and customer engagement.
• Conduct regular training sessions and performance reviews to strengthen team capability.

Business Development & Sales

• Drive the achievement of individual and team sales targets through effective planning and execution.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the organization's customer base.
• Promote life insurance and financial protection solutions that meet customers' needs.
• Develop strategies to improve market penetration within the assigned territory.

Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, corporate organizations, and business partners.
• Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.
• Support customer retention through regular engagement and after-sales service.
• Performance Management & Reporting
• Monitor team performance using established sales and productivity metrics.
• Prepare and submit periodic sales, recruitment, and business performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and ethical sales practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Insurance, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in insurance sales, agency management, or business development.
• Previous experience leading or managing a sales team within the insurance or financial services industry is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to recruit, coach, and develop high-performing sales teams.
• Strong understanding of life insurance products and financial advisory services.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
