- Serve as First Line of Response for IT Support
- Carry out Audits of System activities to ensure compliance to organisational Policies
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain laptops, desktops, and other IT equipment.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot network systems (LAN, WAN, routers, switches Firewalls).
- Maintain and monitor access logs to ensure secure use of systems and devices.
- Carry out installation, updates, and management of organizational IT devices.
- Provide user support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Ensure timely backup and recovery of important data and systems.
- Maintain an inventory of IT equipment, licenses, and warranties.
- Implement security best practices in device Management.
- Prepare technical reports and documentation of IT activities and incidents.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in laptop/desktop repair and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of networking principles and troubleshooting.
- Experience with operating systems (Windows, macOS).
- Familiarity with IT asset and device management.
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team .
Preferred Certifications (not mandatory):
- CompTIA Network+
- Cisco CCNA
