Job Summary

• The Sales Support Officer will provide operational support to the National Sales Manager (NSM) and the Sales team.
• The role involves coordinating sales activities, monitoring receivables, supporting CRM processes, managing sales documentation, liaising with warehouse operations, and ensuring the smooth execution of sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Raise sales orders that are not successfully processed through the CRM system.
• Provide the field sales team with timely updates on product availability and stock status.
• Prepare and share customer receivables reports with the sales team.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up with Sales Representatives to ensure customer accounts remain current and reconciled.
• Organize and maintain marketing materials, presentations, and other sales support documents as directed by the National Sales Manager.
• Liaise with the warehouse to coordinate the dispatch of promotional materials to customers and field sales representatives.
• Generate, update, and maintain sales reports and other administrative records.
• Support the execution of sales and marketing initiatives as assigned by the National Sales Manager.
• Ensure accurate documentation and proper filing of sales-related records.
• Perform other sales administration and operational duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Sales and Marketing
• Experience within the Pharmaceutical industry is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Experience working with CRM systems is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
