Job Responsibilities
- We are currently hiring for one of our clients in the Freight forwarding , shipping , port services Industry, an experienced and proactive Business Development Executive to join their dynamic team.
- The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of our business by identifying new opportunities, fostering relationships with clients, and promoting Freight Ns logistice services.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients and key decision-makers within target industries.
- Proactively seek out new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation strategies.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.
- Cultivate strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their business needs and objectives..
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance and support throughout the sales process.
- Showcase the company's portfolio of solutions and services to prospective clients through presentations, demonstrations, and other sales activities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for business growth and expansion.
- Gather feedback from clients and prospects to identify areas for improvement and inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to stay ahead of the competition.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends to management.
Qualification / Skills required to fill this role
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years experience as Business Development Executive
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related roles, preferably in the IT industry.
- Experience working with government stakeholders is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving business growth.
Remuneration
N450,000 net monthly with performance base salary up to 1.5m monthly.
