About the Role
- We are looking for a creative and results-driven Content Creator to help bring our brand and products to life online.
- We need someone who can do more than simply create aesthetically pleasing content. You should be able to showcase our outfits in a way that captures attention, communicates the value of our products, builds engagement, and ultimately drives sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop creative concepts that showcase our outfits, products, styling, and brand personality.
- Shoot and edit high-quality photos and videos for social media and marketing campaigns.
- Create both entertaining and product-focused content that encourages engagement and conversions.
- Develop content ideas based on current trends while maintaining the brand's identity.
- Work with the team to plan and execute content shoots at the store.
- Ensure products are presented attractively and creatively.
- Support the development of content calendars and campaign ideas.
- Monitor content performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and sales.
- Maintain consistency in the visual style, tone, and messaging of Kaya by Dami.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate should:
- Have proven experience creating social media content, particularly short-form video.
- Have a strong eye for visuals, styling, composition, and storytelling.
- Understand what makes content engaging and shareable.
- Know how to create content that sells without feeling overly promotional.
- Be comfortable appearing on camera or directing models when necessary.
- Be familiar with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools, or similar editing software.
- Be proactive, creative, reliable, and able to work independently.
- Have a good understanding of Instagram and TikTok trends.
- Be able to visit our store at least twice a week for content creation.
Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 monthly.
