Management Accountant

Summary
- We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Management Accountant to join our Finance team.
- The ideal candidate will oversee budgeting, cost control, inventory management, product costing, and financial performance reporting across our bakery and QSR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate annual budgets.
- Prepare monthly performance and budget variance reports.
- Monitor inventory, stock reconciliations and variances.
- Review production efficiency, material usage and overhead costs.
- Monitor operational expenses and recommend cost-saving initiatives.
- Prepare product costings and periodic re-costings.
- Provide management reports and insights.
- Supervise finance team members.
- Improve financial controls and processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance.
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA.
- Minimum of 4 years' relevant experience.
- ERP and Advanced Excel proficiency.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
Salar
N600,000 monthly
