Position Overview: As a Senior Data Scientist in our Data & Analytics team, you will be at the forefront of driving data-driven insights and strategies to optimize our sales performance and marketing campaigns. Leveraging your extensive experience in analytics, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to identify opportunities, design experiments, develop models, and provide actionable insights. Responsabilities:
Define data-driven strategies and objectives.
Analyze large and complex datasets to extract meaningful insights and identify trends and patterns.
Design and implement statistical models and algorithms to forecast sales performance and customer behavior.
Develop machine learning models for lead scoring, churn prediction, customer segmentation, and personalized marketing campaigns.
Drive the experimentation process by designing A/B tests, analyzing results, and providing recommendations for optimization.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and communicate insights to stakeholders.
Conduct in-depth analysis of customer journey and touchpoints to identify areas for improvement and enhance customer experience.
Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure data quality, reliability, and scalability.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in data science, analytics, and marketing technologies to propose innovative solutions.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior data scientists and analysts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings and recommendations to senior management.

Main requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics) or equivalent practical experience.
+5 years of professional experience as a Data Scientist, with a focus on analytics.
Extensive experience in statistical analysis, data modeling, and machine learning techniques.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis and model development.
Proven track record of developing and implementing predictive models and algorithms to drive business growth.
Expertise in data visualization tools and techniques to communicate complex ideas effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with large and complex datasets.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
