Minadi Automobile Limited is looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team.
The ideal candidate should be confident in identifying sales opportunities, engaging prospective customers, presenting vehicle options, and converting leads into successful sales. Experience in automobile sales is mandatory.
- Generate and follow up on leads through various channels.
- Engage prospective customers and understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
- Present suitable vehicle options and clearly communicate features, pricing, and value.
- Conduct showroom visits and vehicle presentations for prospective customers.
- Negotiate with customers and work towards closing sales.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospects throughout the sales process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Keep accurate records of leads, customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Stay informed about available vehicles, pricing, market trends, and competitor offerings.
- Meet agreed sales and revenue targets.
- Work closely with the operations and after-sales teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Requirements
- HND/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 4–5 years of relevant sales experience in automobile.
- Proven ability to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Good knowledge of sales processes and customer follow-up.
- Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team.
- Must be comfortable using WhatsApp, email, spreadsheets, and other basic digital tools.
