Direct Sales Executive - Asset Management (Distribution & Sales)

Role Summary
- We are seeking high-performing, outsourced Direct Sales Agents (DSAs) to drive the distribution and sale of our flagship Asset Management product, within the Lagos divisions.
- The ideal candidate will be a results-driven sales professional capable of independently sourcing, onboarding, and converting quality clients to meet defined investment targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively market and sell the flagship product to individual and corporate prospects within the assigned division.
- Source and onboard a minimum of 100 new accounts per month.
- Achieve and maintain an average minimum CABAL/Assets under Management (AuM) of N30,000,000 - N100,000,000 per agent.
- Build and manage a personal pipeline of qualified leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and field prospecting.
- Educate clients on features, benefits, and investment value proposition.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of client documentation, KYC, and account-opening formalities in line with compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity, client interactions, and pipeline status for reporting purposes.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Represent the brand professionally in all client-facing engagements.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Minimum of 100 accounts opened per month
- Average minimum AuM/CABAL of N30,000,000 – N100,000,000
- Client retention and satisfaction levels
- Quality and completeness of documentation submitted
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an OND/HND/B.Sc.in any discipline
- Proven experience in direct sales, preferably within financial services, banking, or asset management
- Strong network and ability to generate leads independently
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Target-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Resides in or has strong market knowledge of Lagos as applicable
Salary
N180,000 - N200,000 / Month.
