Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and results-driven Sales Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging prospective clients, promoting available properties, following up with prospects, and driving property sales in line with the company's revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

• Generate and develop new leads through various channels, including referrals, social media, networking, and direct prospecting.
  
• Engage prospective clients and understand their property needs, preferences, and budgets.
  
• Present and promote available properties to prospective buyers and investors.
  
• Follow up consistently with leads and prospects to move them through the sales process.
  
• Schedule and conduct property inspections and client meetings where required.
  
• Negotiate with prospective clients and support the closing of property sales.
  
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities.
  
• Achieve agreed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, marketers, and other relevant stakeholders.
  
• Stay informed about the company's property portfolio, pricing, market trends, and competing offerings.
  
• Provide regular reports on sales activities, prospects, conversions, and challenges to management.
  
• Contribute ideas and strategies to improve lead generation, customer acquisition, and sales conversion
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
  
• Experience in real estate sales is an advantage.
  
• Proven ability to generate leads, engage prospects, and close sales.
  
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Customer-focused with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  
• Self-motivated, proactive, target-driven, and results-oriented
  
• Good follow-up and relationship management skills.
  
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team.
  
• Good knowledge of the Lagos real estate market is an added advantage.

Benefits

Salary: 200,000-250,000 net

Benefits: 15% commission on sales
