Sales Representative

Job Summary
- We are seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to promote and sell company products, develop customer relationships, expand market coverage, and achieve sales targets within assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and achieve assigned revenue targets.
- Identify and onboard new customers while maintaining existing accounts.
- Conduct regular market visits and customer engagement activities.
- Ensure proper product visibility and merchandising at customer outlets.
- Process customer orders and coordinate timely product deliveries.
- Collect payments and maintain accurate sales records.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of SSCE, OND, or equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle.
- Good communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Strong numerical and record-keeping abilities.
