Sales Representative (IVD Industry)

Summary
- Laboria is seeking to urgently recruit a Sales Representative to support our growing presence in the Northern region.
- We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in the IVD (In Vitro Diagnostics) industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of IVD products, equipment, and reagents across Abuja and neighbouring states.
- Develop and manage relationships with hospitals, laboratories, distributors, and key stakeholders
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage within the state/region
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and trainings where required
- Provide regular sales reports, market feedback, and competitor insights
- Ensure effective follow-up, customer satisfaction, and account management.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s / Master`s Degree
- Minimum of 3 years’ sales experience, preferably within the IVD or medical diagnostics industry
- Must be based in Abuja, Kaduna or Jos
- Strong knowledge of laboratory products, equipment, and reagents is an added advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Willingness to travel within the Northern region.
Salary
N200,000 - N350,000 monthly.
