The Role We're looking for a results-driven Training Sales Executive to sell BCS's corporate training programs to businesses, government agencies, and institutions. You'll own the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closing — and earn directly based on the revenue you bring in. What You'll Do Identify organizations and decision-makers with training and capacity-building needs Present and pitch BCS's training programs and packages to HR heads, L&D managers, and executives Build a steady pipeline of corporate and institutional clients Negotiate pricing and close training contracts in line with BCS standards Maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat training engagements Provide market feedback to help refine training packages and pricing What We're Looking For Experience in selling training, L&D programs, or professional development services (strongly preferred) Existing network within HR, L&D, or corporate decision-making circles is a major plus Excellent pitching, negotiation, and closing skills Self-motivated and comfortable working independently on a commission structure Strong understanding of the Nigerian corporate training market Compensation 100% commission-based. You earn 15% of total monthly revenue generated from training contracts you close. Paid monthly. No earning cap.
