Sales Executives / Marketers

Job Description

• The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our logistics services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Prospect, meet, and acquire new clients.
• Promote the company's logistics and supply chain services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate contracts.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
• Provide regular sales reports and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure excellent service delivery.

Requirements
Education:

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

• 2–3 years' experience in sales or business development, preferably in the logistics, courier, freight forwarding, or FMCG industry.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Required Skills:

• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with strong relationship management abilities.
• Good presentation and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Other Requirements:

• Must reside in or be willing to work in Lagos, Port Harcourt, Sango, Abeokuta, Abuja, or Kano.
• Strong knowledge of the local market is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Remuneration

• Salary: N150,000 – N200,000 per month (based on experience and performance).
