The Role We're hiring an HR/Recruitment Sales Executive to win new clients for BCS's HR consulting and recruitment services. This role is for someone who understands the HR services landscape and knows how to sell into businesses that need hiring, staffing, or HR advisory support. What You'll Do Identify businesses with recruitment, staffing, or HR consulting needs Pitch BCS's HR and recruitment service packages to business owners, HR managers, and executives Convert leads into signed service agreements or recruitment mandates Build and maintain a pipeline of client prospects across industries Foster long-term relationships to encourage repeat hiring mandates and retainer agreements Collaborate with the BCS HR/recruitment team to ensure smooth handover after closing deals What We're Looking For Experience in HR consulting sales, recruitment sales, or staffing solutions sales (strongly preferred) Existing network within HR or business owner circles is a strong advantage Strong negotiation, pitching, and closing skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline Comfortable with a fully commission-based compensation model Compensation 100% commission-based. You earn 15% of net total monthly revenue generated from HR/recruitment clients you bring in and close. Paid monthly. No earning cap.
