Admin Manager

Job Summary

• We are looking for someone who is smart, proactive, organized, firm but approachable, and capable of taking initiative without constant supervision.
• The ideal candidate should be able to manage people, solve problems, maintain proper documentation, and keep administrative activities running efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day administrative activities of the organization.
• Coordinate office operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
• Supervise administrative and support staff and monitor their performance.
• Monitor staff compliance with company policies, procedures, and workplace standards.
• Handle staff concerns and escalate disciplinary or operational issues when necessary.
• Prepare and maintain administrative reports for management.
• Coordinate meetings, schedules, correspondence, and other administrative activities.
• Monitor office supplies, equipment, and general administrative resources.
• Liaise with vendors, service providers, and other external parties when required.
• Support management in implementing company policies and improving administrative processes.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of company records.
• Assist management with daily operational coordination and follow-up on assigned tasks.
• Identify administrative gaps and proactively recommend practical solutions.
• Perform other administrative and managerial duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative or managerial role, preferably in a fast-paced business environment.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Must be proactive, smart, responsible, and solution-oriented.
• Good leadership and people-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work effectively under pressure.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and general administrative tools.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive staff and company information.
• Must be able to work Monday to Saturday.

Salary
N200,000 monthly
