Business Development Executive

Job Summary
- Our client is seeking a creative and goal-driven professional to support business growth by promoting properties, managing marketing campaigns, and increasing brand visibility.
- The ideal candidate should be proactive, results-oriented, and capable of driving engagement and sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Develop and implement effective sales and business development strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Present and promote company products or services to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close business deals.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery.
- Prepare reports on sales activities, pipeline, and performance.
Requirements
- BSc / HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–4 years proven experience in Business Development or Sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
- Target-driven with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Salary
N200,000 monthly
