Drives the digital presence of Jayne Luxe Realty, executing targeted online campaigns, managing social media channels, and running ad spend to attract HNW investors and luxury property buyers.
Deliverables:
- Plan and execute monthly digital marketing campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads targeting HNWIs and real estate investors.
- Manage social media content calendars, ensuring daily engagement and consistent brand voice across all digital touchpoints.
- Track, analyze, and report on digital campaign performance metrics weekly to optimize customer acquisition costs.
- Cordinate content creating and script writing
What you should be able to do:
- Paid Advertising: Hands-on expertise in managing ad spend across Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Ads targeting niche audiences.
- Data Analytics: Ability to interpret CPL, ROAS, and website traffic data to optimize live campaigns.
- Copywriting: Skill in crafting compelling, high-converting ad copy tailored to luxury real estate buyers and investors.
- Trend Awareness: Up-to-date knowledge of social media algorithms, content formats, and digital marketing trends in the luxury sector.
- Excellent written and verbal communication
