Drives direct revenue generation for Jayne Luxe Realty by actively prospecting, nurturing high-net-worth (HNW) leads, booking property viewings, and converting prospective buyers, investors, and renters into closed transactions across Abuja and Nigeria's major luxury markets.
Simple Communicated Deliverables:
- Prospect and qualify outbound leads daily through networking, strategic outreach, and follow-ups on assigned digital inquiries.
- Guide prospective buyers and investors through personalized property consultations, virtual tours, and physical site inspections.
- Negotiate deal terms in alignment with company pricing and closing strategies to secure signed contracts.
