Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer

Job Summary
- Sacredion Nigeria Limited is expanding its digital media and content production team and is looking for a highly creative Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer who can transform technical ideas, field activities and real-world projects into compelling visual stories.
- We are looking for someone who understands that great video content goes beyond cutting clips together. You should be able to tell stories, create engaging motion graphics, work with sound and visual effects, and produce high-quality content for YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and other digital platforms.
Responsibilities
- Edit short-form and long-form video content, including Reels, Shorts, technical explainers, project documentaries, interviews and promotional videos.
- Create professional motion graphics, animated titles, infographics and visual effects that simplify complex technical concepts.
- Transform raw field footage into engaging, story-driven content.
- Produce platform-specific video formats for YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and other digital channels.
- Work with Sacredion's technical and content teams to develop strong visual narratives around GNSS, LiDAR, UAV mapping, laser scanning, hydrography, BIM, digital twins and emerging geospatial technologies.
- Maintain consistent Sacredion visual identity and production quality across all video content.
Skills:
- The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong proficiency in professional video editing and motion graphics using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve or equivalent professional applications.
- AI-assisted video production skills are important. Candidates should be comfortable using modern AI tools and workflows for video editing, generative video, automated captioning and transcription, audio enhancement, intelligent content repurposing, visual effects and other applications that improve production speed and creative quality.
- Previous experience in geospatial technology is not mandatory.
- However, the successful candidate must be curious, technically adaptable and capable of learning how to communicate complex technologies visually.
You should also have:
- Strong storytelling and creative editing ability.
- Good understanding of pacing, transitions, sound design and visual composition.
- Ability to create engaging short-form social media content.
- Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and visually communicate technical and geospatial concepts.
- Strong attention to detail and visual quality.
