Operations & Business Development Manager (Catering)

About the Role
- Our client is seeking an experienced Operations & Business Development Manager to lead its catering operations and drive new business growth across key industrial sectors.
- This is a dual-focus leadership position responsible for winning new catering contracts while overseeing logistics, culinary operations, HSE compliance, and service delivery across client sites, central kitchens, and remote camps.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead catering operations across all sites/camps and represent the MD in client and regulatory engagements
- Identify and win new catering contracts; prepare proposals, EOIs, and pitches
- Manage contract renewals, SLAs, and client relationships
- Own the P&L for catering operations — control costs, approve budgets, drive profitability
- Champion HSE, food safety, and ISO/HACCP compliance
- Coach and develop Camp Bosses and LOS/HSE Officers
- Report operational, financial, and business development performance to the MD
What We're Looking For
- A results-driven leader with strong business development instincts, solid operational/financial oversight experience in catering or facilities management, and a track record of managing client relationships and compliance in industrial or remote-site settings.
