About the Role
- We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Operations Manager to oversee and improve day-to-day operations ensuring operational efficiency, implementing effective processes, managing resources, and supporting organisational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the organisation
- Develop, implement, and improve operational processes and procedures
- Monitor operational performance and identify improvement areas
- Ensure efficient utilisation of company resources
- Coordinate activities across departments for smooth operations
- Prepare operational reports for management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations
- Identify operational risks and develop solutions
- Support implementation of business strategies and initiatives
- Monitor staff productivity and support operational targets
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, or related field
- Must have 4–6 years' relevant experience in operations or business management
- Strong leadership and team-management skills
- Excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to develop and implement efficient operational processes
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Experience in finance or fintech is an added advantage .
Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 / Month
