About The Role

• The EMEA Regional Digital Marketing Manager (GL5) is responsible for leading regional digital strategy and execution, driving audience growth, artist visibility, and commercial performance through innovative strategic partnerships, and data-driven marketing initiatives.
• The digital team operates across six core pillars: Digital Partnerships, Creative Strategy, Content, Community, Resourcing, and Best Practices.
• The regional Digital Hub Lead reports to the CMO and the Marketing Director.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversees digital marketing execution for ONErpm across Africa and Europe, and drives decisions on the allocation of the Digital marketing budget and team resources to maximize impact.
• Lead full service integration and delegation of regional digital team and resources ; this will include training, and professional growth of the regional team, ensuring high retention and performance. The hub lead will direct the team towards business goals, set and communicate individual and team priorities that support organizational goals.
• Implements the workflows, tools, and reporting structures that the entire digital team utilizes
• Focus on digital priority artist projects
• Owns relationships with high-level platform partners and new media partners
• Distills data into actionable insights for the wider team, identifying macro-trends in video and music consumption

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing role development within the music, entertainment, or media industry.
• Expertise in digital platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and major DSPs.
• Proven experience leading and managing multi-regional marketing teams.
• Demonstrated success developing and executing large-scale digital marketing campaigns with measurable results.
• Deep understanding of music marketing, streaming ecosystems, audience growth strategies, and fan engagement.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and collaborating with artists, managers, labels, agencies, and platform partners.
• Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting campaign performance data, KPIs, and ROI metrics.
• Experience overseeing budgets, forecasting, and campaign optimization across multiple markets.
• Knowledge of influencer marketing, social media trends, and emerging digital platforms.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with CRM, audience data collection, and fan acquisition strategies including email, SMS, and retargeting.
• People Management experience
• Ability to work effectively across diverse cultures, teams, and international markets.
