HR Manager

Job Summary

• Interrand Homes & Properties Limited is expanding its operations and is looking for an exceptional HR MANAGER to lead our people-management function and strengthen our workforce, culture, systems, and performance across the organisation.
• We are not simply looking for someone who can process leave requests and maintain staff files.
• We are looking for an HR professional who can build systems, manage people, enforce standards, resolve employee issues, recruit the right talent, and help management get the best performance from every department.

Responsibilities

The HR Manager will be responsible for:

• Leading end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Developing and enforcing HR policies, procedures, and staff regulations.
• Managing employee relations, grievances, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution.
• Establishing and monitoring staff KPIs and performance-management systems.
• Conducting performance reviews and providing management with workforce insights.
• Managing onboarding, probation, confirmation, promotion, transfer, and exit processes.
• Monitoring attendance, punctuality, leave, conduct, productivity, and staff welfare.
• Maintaining complete, accurate, and confidential personnel records.
• Identifying training and development needs and coordinating staff development programmes.
• Advising management on labour matters, employee issues, manpower planning, and organisational structure.
• Working closely with departmental and branch heads to improve employee productivity and accountability.
• Supporting the development of a strong performance-driven corporate culture.
• Preparing comprehensive weekly/monthly HR reports for management review.
• Ensuring consistent application of company policies across all offices, branches, and project locations.

Real Estate / Construction Experience

• This is a major advantage.
• Candidates with previous HR experience in real estate, property development, construction, engineering, facility management, property sales, or related industries are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of the workforce structure and operational realities of property sales teams, construction/project sites, marketing teams, administrative teams, procurement, finance, operations, and multi-location businesses will be highly valued.

General Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience.
• Demonstrable experience managing employees and HR operations.
• Previous HR management/supervisory experience is strongly preferred.
• Real estate/construction industry experience is an added advantage.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree / HND in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
• Professional certification such as CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent is an advantage.
