Videographer / Graphic Designer (Content Creator in an HR Consulting Firm)

Job Summary

• We are seeking a creative and talented Videographer / Graphic Designer to create engaging visual content that strengthens our brand presence and supports marketing initiatives.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for video production, graphic design, content creation, and visual storytelling across digital platforms to drive audience engagement and brand visibility.

Responsibilities
Video Production & Editing:

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for marketing campaigns, social media, events, and corporate communications
• Produce promotional videos, interviews, testimonials, and short-form content for digital platforms
• Handle video post-production including editing, color correction, sound design, and motion graphics

Graphic Design & Branding:

• Design creative graphics for social media, websites, presentations, flyers, banners, brochures, and other marketing materials
• Develop visually appealing content that aligns with the company’s brand identity
• Ensure consistency in branding across all visual communications

Social Media Content Creation:

• Create engaging multimedia content for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative campaign concepts
• Support content scheduling and digital engagement initiatives

Creative Strategy & Storytelling:

• Contribute innovative ideas for visual campaigns and brand storytelling
• Translate business goals into compelling visual content
• Stay updated on design trends, video styles, and emerging creative tools

Photography & Event Coverage:

• Cover company events, trainings, workshops, and corporate activities through photography and videography
• Edit and deliver high-quality event visuals for promotional use

Collaboration:

• Work closely with HR consultants, marketers, and internal teams to support business objectives
• Support cross-functional campaigns and promotional activities with creative assets

Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Mass Communication, Fine Arts, Media Production, or a related field with 3 - 5 years work experience.
• Proven experience as a Videographer, Graphic Designer, or Content Creator
• Strong portfolio showcasing video and graphic design projects
• Experience working with corporate brands, consulting firms, or service-based organizations is an added advantage

Skills & Competencies :

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar tools
• Strong video shooting and editing skills
• Graphic design and visual storytelling expertise
• Knowledge of social media content trends and digital branding
• Photography and lighting skills
• Creativity and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborative
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
