Boutique Manager

Job Description
- We are seeking a professional, experienced and results-driven Boutique Manager to oversee the daily operations of a luxury unisex fashion boutique.
- The successful candidate will manage the sales team, drive revenue, maintain excellent customer service and ensure the boutique consistently delivers a premium shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the boutique.
- Supervise, coordinate and motivate sales staff.
- Monitor sales performance and work towards achieving business targets.
- Develop strategies to increase sales and customer retention.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints professionally.
- Ensure clothing, shoes, bags, jewellery and other products are properly displayed.
- Monitor stock levels, inventory movement and product availability.
- Maintain accurate sales, stock and operational records.
- Supervise POS and payment transactions and ensure proper accountability.
- Coordinate product arrivals, pricing, promotions and special offers.
- Ensure the boutique maintains a clean, organised and luxurious appearance.
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Support social media marketing and online customer engagement.
- Prepare regular sales and operational reports for management.
- Ensure staff follow company policies, procedures and professional standards.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND / Master Degree / NCE / OND qualification with 1 - 2 years experience.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer service and relationship-management abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Good knowledge of fashion, retail and current market trends.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of POS systems and basic inventory management.
- Social media and digital marketing skills are an advantage.
- Ability to analyse sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Professional, confident and well-presented.
- Trustworthy, responsible and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Passion for delivering a premium luxury retail experience.
