Restaurant Managers

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager with at least 3 years of proven expertise in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining high standards of customer service, managing staff, and driving sales growth in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies
• Lead and motivate a team of staff members, including hiring, training, and performance management
• Ensure exceptional customer service and handle customer queries or complaints professionally
• Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety standards in compliance with health regulations
• Monitor inventory levels, ordering supplies, and controlling costs to maximize profitability
• Implement marketing initiatives and promotional activities to increase footfall and sales
• Analyze sales data and generate reports for management review
• Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork among staff
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with operational standards

Qualifications & Experience

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND / OND with at least 3 years of experience as a Manager or Shift Manager in the QSR industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced setting
• Basic understanding of financials, inventory management, and sales analysis
• Knowledge of food safety standards and health regulations
• Proficiency in MS Office and restaurant management software

Remuneration 

• N172,000 monthly
• Pension
• HMO
