Description
- Our client, an established travel agency, is seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Visa Consultant to support its visa advisory and travel documentation services.
- The successful candidate will support visa enquiries, document checklist guidance, client document review, appointment tracking, application follow-up, CRM updates, client communication and visa-related record keeping.
- The role requires someone who can handle sensitive client documents carefully, communicate professionally, follow up consistently and support smooth visa service delivery.
Key Requirements
- First Degree or HND in Tourism, Travel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, International Relations, Customer Service, Management or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years’ relevant experience in visa advisory, travel agency operations, client documentation, customer service, hospitality, tourism, aviation or a related travel service environment.
- Practical experience supporting visa applications, document review, appointment tracking, client follow-up or travel documentation will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of visa document requirements, client travel documentation, appointment processes and application follow-up.
- Good oral and written communication skills for client advisory, document follow-up, internal coordination, escalation and reporting.
- Ability to follow SOPs, checklists, CRM updates and document handling procedures.
- Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, follow-up discipline and client service attitude.
Salary
N200,000 monthly gross.
