Lead Event Producer (Hybrid)

Job Summary

• Our client is seeking a highly creative, organized, and results-driven *Lead Event Producer* to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of exceptional events from concept to completion.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering memorable experiences across corporate, social, lifestyle, and experiential events while ensuring excellent client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of weddings, corporate events, conferences, social events, and experiential activations.
• Meet with clients to understand their vision, objectives, budget, and event expectations.
• Develop creative event concepts, themes, production plans, and memorable guest experiences.
• Create detailed event timelines, production schedules, run sheets, and execution plans.
• Coordinate and manage event venues, vendors, suppliers, and event personnel.
• Source, negotiate, and maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers.
• Conduct venue research and support location scouting where required.
• Manage event budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure cost-effective execution.
• Oversee event setup, live event operations, and post-event breakdown.
• Anticipate, troubleshoot, and resolve on-site challenges professionally and efficiently.
• Ensure all events are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards.
• Prepare event proposals, presentations, quotations, and production plans for prospective and existing clients.
• Identify opportunities to upsell additional services and support business development initiatives.
• Prepare post-event reports, gather client feedback, and recommend improvements for future projects.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth planning and execution of all events.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is an added advantage.
• 2–3 years* of proven experience in event planning, event production, hospitality, or a related industry.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple events simultaneously from concept to execution.
• Strong knowledge of event operations, logistics, budgeting, and vendor management.
• Familiarity with Lagos event venues, suppliers, and service providers is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and extended hours when required.

Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 per month.
