Team Lead, Stakeholder Management

Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with assigned non-bank subsidiaries and coordinate stakeholder engagements.
- Monitor business, financial, operational, and strategic performance against approved plans.
- Drive execution and tracking of strategic initiatives and synergy opportunities across subsidiaries.
- Coordinate governance, risk, audit, and regulatory follow-up activities.
- Prepare executive reports, dashboards, and performance updates for senior management.
- Facilitate business reviews and ensure implementation of agreed actions from management and governance meetings.
Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years' relevant experience in Strategy, Corporate Development, PMO, Business Performance Management, Consulting, or Group Coordination roles.
- Strong stakeholder management, project management, analytical, and communication skills.
- Sound understanding of governance, performance management, and the Nigerian financial services sector.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive results across multiple business units.
