Head of Strategy & Team Lead

About the Role
- We are seeking a strategic and experienced professional to lead the positioning, adoption and growth of SMARTMRS (EMR), while overseeing product implementation, support, stakeholder engagement and team execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive SMARTMRS adoption across healthcare facilities.
- Lead product demos, negotiate with prospects and close deals.
- Collaborate with Product, Tech and Clinical teams on product improvements.
- Build relationships with healthcare providers, executives, regulators and partners.
- Oversee successful and timely SMARTMRS deployments.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and data security standards.
- Monitor user adoption and drive continuous engagement and system improvement.
- Lead the team to ensure sustained SMARTMRS adoption.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Health Informatics, Computer Science, Business/Healthcare Management or related field.
- 3–5 years’ experience in HealthTech, Digital Health or Product Management.
- Strong understanding of EMR systems and healthcare workflows.
- Experience in strategic planning, product management and business analysis.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Master’s Degree/MBA is an added advantage.
